The massive disruption we saw globally during 2022 through war, the climate crisis, the continuing effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, supply chain interruptions, and inflation exposed many cracks in our financial and economic ecosystems and represents a continuing threat to the way we live and do business. Disruption, uncertainty, and insecurity are everywhere in day-to-day life, in commerce and industry, and in government, and further massive shocks are not out of the question.
