Super Bowl LVIII scores all-time record US TV audience

The 2024 Super Bowl attracted a total audience of 123.7 million US viewers, according to Nielsen estimates. This makes it the largest audience for a single-network telecast in US history, and the second most-watched US TV broadcast ever, behind only the moon landing in 1969.

Over 120 million viewers watched the broadcast on CBS, with a further 2.3 million following on Spanish-language channel Univision, and 1.2 million tuning in to child-friendly coverage on Nickelodeon and Nick-at-Nite. Fans could also stream on Paramount+ and the rights owners’ mobile, NFL+.
