Mr. Coffee drip percolators gained a ubiquitous presence in kitchens and company break rooms across the United States after their introduction to the market in 1972. The appliance was known for its seemingly revolutionary ability to percolate better-tasting coffee in less than half the time of a traditional coffeemaker.
