Small Girls PR is a woman-and-minority owned business that champions representation in all areas of the media.

We work with diverse experts everyday in print, digital, and social channels, but when we took stock of TV personalities that we could partner with on-air, the diversity numbers left more to be desired.

Where were the on-air experts of color?

Utilizing our "Small Girls PR University" training system, we decided to tackle this issue head on.

Fact: Only 26.6% of the TV workforce are people of color.
