The financial services industry, like many other industries, is experiencing the yin and yang of innovation and disruption according to Simon Corah, CEO of Growth Mantra.
"Those two things work in parallel with each other which is why they are yin and yang. Innovation drives disruption and disruption drives innovation," Corah told the Mumbrella Finance Marketing Summit in Sydney.
"The problem we have as marketing people is that trends are everywhere," said Corah.
"Every minute there's another trend… how do you look at all those trends and know which are the ones that actually matter that you need to act...
