In December 1999 Marr Associates was appointed to provide an advertising campaign, to promote the generic product fish to consumers throughout the UK, and which was to appear around spring 2000. The client was The Sea Fish Industry Authority, known as Seafish, a statutory body that was brought into being by the Sea Fisheries Act of 1981.
