In an effort to tackle the problems of a decline in market share and childhood obesity in a single scheme, Sainsbury's offered vouchers for schools for every £10 spent, together with an extra voucher for every £5 spent on fruit and vegetables.

Shoppers at Sainsbury's received one voucher for every £10 spent, together with an extra voucher for every £5 spent on fruit and vegetables. These vouchers could be donated to a school that could then redeem them for PE equipment and active experiences.
