Sarah's Story
It started with a statistic. In the UK, someone takes their own life on the railway every 36 hours, but over the same period six lives are saved.
In November 2017, Pegasus devised and launched a new suicide prevention campaign for Samaritans, Network Rail and British Transport Police #SmallTalkSavesLives. At its heart was a social media film - Sarah's story.
This was the first time UK rail travellers had been openly asked to spot, report and/or intervene in order to help reduce suicide.
