RB Global Challenge (formerly known as RB Mavericks) is Reckitt Be nckiser's annual property that invites college students to identify a social issueand curate a sustainable business plan to tackle the same. Executed as a precursorto their recruitment drive, it brings out on the table, the five guiding values of the brand- Responsibility (as citizens and future business leaders), Ownership (of a cause and an innovative idea), Entrepreneurship (a creative idea made into a business strategy), Achievement (of asocial solution) and Partnership (together with RBto make a difference).

After a successful edition in 2017, where we helped the competition go international forthe first time, RBGIobal Challenge wasa returningclient-thist ime with 19 countries. More on the challenge.
