Context

Mauritius has an ageing population and a limited pool of talent. Based on it 1.2 million population, it is estimated that only 20,000 people join the job market every year.

PwC Mauritius is always looking for the best talent and wanted to reinforce its position as an employer of choice.

The organisation launched a national challenge competition in February 2016 targeting High School leavers and Undergraduates in order to engage with the next generation of professionals.
