FleishmanHillard worked with Philips to localise and drive Philips Back to Rhythm in South Africa to create awareness about the dangers of unhealthy lifestyles to decrease cardiovascular disease (CVD) incidents; get hearts racing to bring it back to rhythm through cycling challenges; and empower South Africans to save lives through basic life support training.
The campaign reached an estimated 24.6% of South Africans, participation targets were exceeded by 78%, 2,068 people were trained in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and life saving skills, and 25 automated external defibrillators were pledged to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of South Africa (HSFSA) - to...
