The Challenge
Commissioned research revealed that money was the most-wanted holiday gift, but that the majority of people don't give cash because they're afraid it's not personal enough.
PayPal challenged us with igniting person-to-person (P2P) payments this holiday season, so we transformed its P2P payment service from functional to festive, and solidified the perception of PayPal P2P as a way for consumers to send the gift of money (not just pay back friends).
