Romania 2015: 90% of technical schools have been closed. The ones still running have trouble meeting the labour market's demand and lack know-how and equipment.

Seven out of 10 employers have trouble finding good tradesmen.

Only two out of 10 Romanian parents consider sending their kids to professional schools. 75% of Romanians believe that being a craftsman is not a respectable career option in Romania.
