Initial Situation
The Norwegian Library of Talking Books and Braille (NLB) is making and lending out audiobooks and braille books, magazines and papers to adults and children with reading disorders and problems using printed text.
NLBs responsibility is to make sure everyone in Norway has equal access to literature and information. The target group is an estimated 300 000 Norwegians, but so far only 70 000 have registered as users today.
