As part of a far-reaching organization-wide transformation, Lenovo needed to measure the performance of its new and crucial business unit: Solutions and Services Group (SSG). While a distinct unit, SSG crosses over with Lenovo's existing, established business groups, creating the need for accurate measurement of SSG's success as a unit while also creating context around its interaction with other business groups.
