This is a typical case of generating an idea based on insights and creating value based on the idea. Simply put, we just developed an app for the owners. To be more specific, this is a new challenge for digital marketing and customer relationship management (CRM).

On top of the traditional app functions, we scaled out the range of app applications involving more aspects of car owner's life related to or even unrelated to cars. This enables the app to become relevant to a bigger sphere of their life....
