In the words of Dorothy Gale: "We're not in Kansas anymore."
I must admit I didn't know that Dorothy's last name from the "Wizard of Oz" was Gale. But when you're quoting someone to make a point, you have to make sure your attribution is as detailed as possible.
Bottom line: Bospar has grown to the point that we're no longer considered a boutique agency anymore. This is the first time we're entering "Agency of the Year" as a small firm.
So how are we doing?
After launching with just two people in 2015, Bospar now has 30 staff members, more than $17 million in revenue and $1,529,946 million in net profit.
From Oct. 2, 2018, to Oct. 2, 2019, Bospar's revenue grew $753,933 - or 14%, from $4,664,329 to $5,418,262.
New business powered that expansion, from $1,537,733 last year to $3,026,720 this year. Organic growth was turbo-charged, from $62,500 last year to $310,970 this year.
