Beat: #MueveconBeat

Beat, an eating disorder charity, promoted the gastronomic sector in Chile by launching #MueveteConBeat which supported restaurants heavily impacted by the pandemic and established BEAT as a trusted brand.

The need of Chileans to go out and enjoy spaces of entertainment during 2021 had its maximum expression on October 1, the first Friday in which the bohemian Santiago opened without restrictions and where, according to data provided by CNN, sales increased in a range of 30% and 40%.

According to data from Edenred, in September 2021 the gastronomic activity in the Metropolitan Region reached 73% compared to the same period of 2019, which coincides with the 30% increase in the mobility rate during weekends since the opening of the cities.
