Objective
The objective was to create an improved customer acquisition channel for an MTN-backed Fibre-To-The-Home offering – Supersonic. The quick fixes that were implemented led to a smoother customer journey that allowed users to move through it with ease, which in turn led to a significant improvement to their online acquisition.
