Background

Edenred launched a unique new product called "Ticket Junior". Ticket Junior is a product designed for companies whose employees have preschoolers and keep unsuccessfully trying to place them in kindergartens.

Thanks to Ticket Junior such employees have the option to save on the kindergarten fee using an interesting tax advantage. This allows them to save a significant amount of money and afford to place their children in a more expensive private kindergarten if the public ones are already full.

Ticket Junior not only works as a financial incentive for the employees, but it also helps companies to retain their key employees. Given the unique nature of the product, there was no awareness or demand for it and Edenred therefore expected initial mistrust from the companies they contacted.
