Objectives
Take possession of the territory every supermarket in the country is fighting for – "everyday low prices" – through an action which evidences our leadership in providing low prices for all Peruvians, surpassing the other brands.
Business objective
Increment our most important brand indicator: low prices perception; which had lowered between September 2017 (42%) and June 2018 (37%) (-5pp). (Fig 1)
