OYO, a hospitality company, increased their hotel room occupancy in India with ‘Come to OYO’, a series of films showing how moving into a hotel room can aid personal development.

This is where India's realty-reality and hotel rooms solved for each other. OYO faced a challenge driving occupancy in non-traditional locations and creating demand beyond business and tourism.

We strategically shifted to a business that solved the space problem rather than just business and leisure travel.

But middle-class India finds its spending justified if it leads to substantial personal growth to progress. Preparing for exams, upskilling their talent, looking for jobs or solving problems are justifiable reasons to spend compared to concepts like 'staycation'.
