NZI is one of New Zealand's well established insurance companies. However, it needed to reconnect with its personal customer base and small to medium sized businesses. This was important to NZI maintaining its business. It needed to engage with customers emotionally, by taking the inherent trust in the brand and using NZI's heritage to change how consumers felt about the company.

The campaign has delivered great results for NZI, including almost doubling brand awareness in the first 10 months and driven an increase in personal insurance policies...
