Results of a study fielded among ANAs membership provides numbers to back what many of us have experienced first-hand: the evolution of the Internet as a marketing tool. The fourth edition of ANAs Web Site Management and Internet Advertising Trends survey, released in late May, offers evidence that marketers are making more effective use of the Internets strengths as a vehicle for communication, information and direct marketing, while they also face a range of new challenges.
