Nescafe 3in1 became the leader of its category by continuous communication and promotion campaigns that targets its target audience: youth.

In the new "digital/mobile era", classic physical promotion campaign lost its effectiveness. Nescafe 3in1's main objectives are; digitalization of its promotional campaigns, gathering more insight about its target audience with data, leading to more sales and reinforcing its category leadership.
