Objective

Stage Stores' objective was to drive engagement for their mobile marketing program. Since launching the mobile program, Stage Stores' has seen a steady incline of opt-ins but the brand wanted to drive engagement and continue enforcing relationships with customers. With the increase of marketing messaging, the ultimate challenge is breaking through the clutter and finding the best way to engage with customers. Along with Vibes, Stage Stores identified opportunities to leverage MMS content including graphics, GIFs and animations to surprise and delight customers, all without custom solutions but rather in Vibes Mobile Engagement Platform. Creativity generating an exciting Back-to-School Trivia campaign, Stage drove engagement with an innovative mobile use case. There's no better way to connect with someone than through nostalgia, so Stage utilized fun 90s-themed images, graphics and trivia questions to inspire customers to interact with the campaign.
