Objective

On each Samsung mobile device, there is a store known as the Galaxy Apps store. Like the Google Play store, and Apple's App Store, this is a store that allows you to access a significant amount of apps. Many of the apps are Made exclusively for Samsung devices and offer unique promotions. The store also focuses on personalization and has a Fonts and Themes section that allows you to customize your Samsung Device to your liking.

The strategic objective was threefold. Raise brand awareness, increase engagement with monthly active users, as well as direct increase in revenue.

First and foremost, not many people know that the Galaxy Apps store exists. Targeting and educating the users was our first objective. Our success was measured by how significant an increase in 'monthly active users' there was, as well as monthly downloads from the store with revenue growth from our activities.
