Objectives

Just days after the electoral event, 83% of Puerto Rican voters have doubts or do not know in which school they have to vote. The only way to locate polling stations is by checking large lists in local newspapers or via telephone, resulting in the loss of thousands of votes, as many people lose interest.

Goals
  1. Educate and facilitate voting center information by capitalizing on mobile tools that 90% of people have access to.
  2. Increase voter turnout for the general election.

Target audience

Our audience is all Puerto Rican citizens over the age of 18 who are eligible to vote in the 2016 general election.

Although it seems unusual, a large segment of the population does not know until the day of the elections where they have to go to vote, which causes many to reach the wrong polling place and cannot exercise their right to vote.
