During the hurricane, acute care and hospital facilities were open. However with streets impassable and much of the city without power, patients elected to delay accessing less emergent health care. The moment the storm passed and the water began to recede; it was the digital marketing team's priority to inform patients through online vehicles that urgent care clinics were open and operational.
