Objectives

With Maharashtra being a strong in the balms market across the country, Iodex, one of the players in the category, had a challenge to resolve. In 2015 Iodex had to face this reality when the brand consideration fell and there was a gap in sales. In an environment where the leaders of the category were heavily spending on mainline media, being able to afford the same. Iodex unfortunately couldn't afford that luxury of spends over a time period specifically for one geography.
