Objectives

The ice cream consumption each year in Mexico is of 2 liters per capita. These are not very good news compared to other countries like Switzerland and Norway that are above 18 liters per capita.

We focused on the fact that the ice cream consumption is considered for special occasions as a price or reward, not for any day. Sales increase on some special seasons because there is a positive correlation between hot weather and ice cream consumption.
