Objective

We always aim to achieve the same mission: making people's lives easier by using technology. In accordance with this mindset, we designed a fresh feature: online shopping loan; an innovative and surprising way to meet customers' cash need on time. It is about knowing your customer very well and meeting their current needs before they ask for it.

Target Audience

Garanti customers who are also online shoppers and are in need of cash. Garanti is also touching the potential digital customer on the shopping loan journey itself by allowing a customer to get new digital password for the first time along the process.

Creative Strategy

As the banking sector in Turkey is improving so powerfully, Garanti Bank is creating new solutions for the customers in order to ease their life. Given that Garanti was Turkey's top innovative bank by heavy using technology, we thought of an end to end fully digital new step to help our customers on an outside bank channel where our customers are in need of.
