Objective

For the new product "Doritos Cool & Hot", we wanted to create an immersive mobile experience to increase our brand awareness and promote the new Cool & Hot product. Collaborated with Adcolony to create an innovative, impactful and engaging mobile experience, we developed an interactive video ad and the end card right after the video, which allowed the users to experience a real roller-coaster with 360 degree custom mobile video.

Target Audience

The target audience of this campaign is set as young adventurers who aged between 15 - 25 and are eager to experience new and exciting things on mobile.

Creative Strategy

In this campaign, Doritos give users a chance to experience a roller-coaster in mobile gaming environment. By using a 360 degree custom mobile video, we let users to feel the refreshment by covering the whole screen with ice and then users could break the ice by tapping on the screen. After that, immediately the whole screen was covered with flames and again users were asked to put out the fire by tapping on the screen. At the end, our target audience experienced our cool and hot loop to the fullest. The roller-coaster experience was inspired by the main commercial ad and also used in mobile campaign to reflect the boldness of the product.
