Objective
The main objective that Cabify had was to grow in new users of its application while maintaining the cost per new user (CAC) as low as possible.
The problem that many campaigns focused on downloading apps have is that users download the App, but brands don't get to measure whether it is used or not and after a while the user uninstalls the app without using it. That is why we did not focus principally on increasing that volume of installs, but rather that the got installs are highly qualified so that they would later turn into First...
