The financial sector is one of the most competitive sectors in Spain. Despite the concentration of entities the war to attract new customers has intensified greatly. The entities are in a continuous war to reconnect with a society that still does not view the sector with good eyes.

BBVA wants to lead the digital transformation of the financial sector, offering digital services that really improve and make people's lives easier.

For this purpose, BBVA launches Valora View a new app that gives people all possible data available to make the best decision when they are buying or renting a house.

When people is looking for a house, first they search on internet, then they have to visit the houses and the neighbourhood and then go back home to start doing all the financial simulations. They lose a lot of time. With Valora View you can now do all those tasks with one single and friendly mobile app. Valora View allows you through its Big Data analysis and augmented reality scanner to look for houses for rent or sale at street level and discover their characteristics (square meters, number of bedrooms, year of construction and an updated and accurate market price estimation based on the prices of similar houses of the neighbourhood).
