Mattel's YouTube series "You Can Be Anything" features interviews with younger women talking about their careers. The program is part of the Barbie Dream Gap Project, a multifaceted campaign designed to show positive portrayals of women in advertising and media. Mattel is now preparing to roll out a new iteration of the campaign for 2023 that will premiere during Women's History Month (March). It will mark the fifth anniversary of the project.
