Objective

Our strategic objectives were multi-faceted. Firstly, we aimed to position Koton as a Web 3.0 brand, leading the fashion industry into the future. Secondly, we targeted a significant increase in both in-store and online sales. Thirdly, we sought to engage consumers in a revolutionary shopping experience. Key performance areas included sales growth, consumer engagement metrics, and press coverage. We measured these through point-of-sale data, social media analytics, and media monitoring tools.
