Retinol was already known as the most effective anti-aging formula in the skincare world, its been a dermatologist standard in prescription topical anti-aging since 1960, until the counter retinol. However, there's low light to this holy grail formula "retinol uglies" such as flaking and peeling discomfort. Making customers reluctant to try and with the anti-aging credibility, younger customers are not tempted to try or lack education as prevention to early aging sign.
