KFC, a fast food chain, launched a campaign in the United Arab Emirates to increase sales revenues, drive sales of the gamer menu, and increase overall website transactions, website visits and new users.

Objectives

In the first year of pandemic, KFC was focused on building its online ordering website by catering it to starving gamers. Gamers, you know? Those young people that spend their time playing online matches and spend their money on food delivery services.

So, for this brief, our job was to drive website traffic and conversions – something that few other brands were doing in a way specifically targeted towards gamers.
