This case describes how we created a new type of 'channel' to solve both a communication and social problem; teenagers.

Our brief was to discourage 'unhealthy' behaviors like unprotected sex, drinking, drugs, smoking etc. Basically, all the things teenagers enjoy.

We realised our modest budget could add nothing to the cacophony of 'helpful' messages bombarding teenagers.

Likewise, Kent County Council offered no shortage of helpful support services. It would have been pointless adding more.
