Therefore on International Women's Day, Microsoft raised awareness about female role models in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) by intriguing people to learn the answer to this humbling provocation. The issue of the gender-gap in STEM, had become a "me too" platform, where brands offered passive commentary. None dug deep to identify the root cause and offer a solution, so we did.
