Operating a bank is complex: it is the sector with the second highest number of complaints in the country for a reason. At Itaú, we wanted to change that and make the bank part of people's daily lives. That is why instead of making Argentines download the bank's app, we took the bank to the app used by 95% of Argentines. This is how we created Chat Account, the first bank account that operates 100% from WhatsApp, demonstrating that operating with Itaú is as easy as chatting.
