Objectives
Our efforts were focused on increasing key metrics of brand health, overachieve on brand metrics as the NPS, and create a short-term impact.
- Overachieve the Net Promoter Score average for the finance industry (30), one of the most exigent KPIs. This score represents the level of recommendation for a bank, and is very difficult to achieve because banks use to be very criticized by consumers.
- Overachieve performance metrics of our last campaign, regarding to campaign perception and creativity.
