INTRODUCTION
In spring 2000, Frame C picked up what appeared to be the poisoned chalice of a university in a severe downward spiral. Applications had fallen by 38% over the three years prior, and the university had turned to advertising in desperation.
Five years on, the University of Dundee is proud of its massive resurgence, its quantum leap in terms of the quality of applications coming in, and a brand identity that has commonly taken established universities centuries to grow.
