Background

In 2001, five mental health organisations (the Highland Users Group, the National Schizophrenia Fellowship ( Scotland ), Penumbra, the Royal College of Psychiatrists and the Scottish Association for Mental Health) formed an alliance to tackle the stigma experienced by people with mental health problems.
