INTRODUCTION

This paper will show how Bank of Scotland's 2004 advertising campaign for the launch of the new Corporate brand resulted in uplifts in brand awareness, improved their rating as alternative bank of choice and generated leads. Following a review of the BoS Corporate brand in early 2004, an integrated launch campaign was developed and ran during June and July 2004.
