Introduction

In spite of the economic recession of the last four years in Argentina, the Internet business has grown significantly. Thirteen percent of Argentine homes have an Internet connection (representing all social classes). Personal use of the Internet at home has been largely exceeded by use at other places, thanks to the various possibilities of connection (study centers, workplace, cybercafs, etc.).
