Business Week magazine recently added an entire section dedicated to innovation. Everywhere I look now, innovation is being touted as the next saving grace for organisations. For example, the Razr cellular telephone from Motorola has become the latest shining star of innovation success and has breathed new life into the company's reputation for delivering cutting-edge technology. Every press release I see these days uses the term “innovative” to describe company X's new product or service.
