Executive summary

We silenced the TV for an entire 3-minute commercial break for the first time ever, delivering a message 100% in LESCO (Costa Rican Sign Language) to the deaf, who are usually ignored. We involved brands and media to create empathy and promote inclusion. Demonstrating the importance of learning LESCO.
