How Heroes optimised its online advertising to double global sales within months

Looks at how Heroes, a UK-based company that operates brands that are “fulfilled by Amazon” (or FBA), optimised its advertising on the platform and beyond to raise awareness of its new brands and expand existing ones.

Heroes is a family business for the internet age. Created by twins Alessio and Riccardo Bruni in collaboration with brother Giancarlo in November 2020, the business only exists because of Amazon.

They saw their complementary skills and experience – spanning investment banking, corporate finance, and ecommerce – as creating the perfect cocktail to launch an FBA “roll-up” business. “Roll ups” cherry-pick hot and fast-growing brands and products selling on Amazon, acquire them and invest in them in order to build their presence and boost sales.
